Plans For Seven Five-star Standard Hotels In Hainan Lingshui

Hainan will soon be home to seven new five-star standard hotels in Qingshuiwan, Lingshui County.
Qingshiuwan is located on the east coast of Sanya, and is one of four major tourism development areas in Hainan during the 11th Five-Year Plan period.
Agile Property Holdings Limited plans to build two 18-hole golf courses, six five-star hotels, a deluxe villa and a resort apartment in Qingshiuwan. Of these, two five-star hotels will commence their construction by the end of this year. In addition, Greentown Real Estate Group has a plan of several projects including one five-star hotel, one 36-hole golf link and a resort villa also in this area.
According to the 11th Five-Year Plan, Hainan will make efforts to develop ten prime tour itineraries, twenty boutique resort areas, thirty boutique scenic spots, and thirty five-star resort hotels.
