Hainan Airlines To Open Several International Routes

Hainan Airlines has announced that it will open two new international routes.
To meet the requirements of domestic business and leisure travelers to Kazakhstan and Russia, Hainan Airlines will open a route from Urumqi to Astana on December 4, 2008 and a route from Beijing to Novosibirsk on January 12, 2009.
In addition, starting from June 29, 2008, the company will re-open the route from Beijing to St.Petersburg and increase the flight frequency on this route. There will be twice weekly flights. The Sunday flight will start from Beijing at 01:00, arriving at St.Petersburg at 05:25; and the other flight will be on Tuesday leaving from Beijing at 02:50 and arrive at St.Petersburg at 07:15. The service will be operated using Boeing 767 aircraft.
