Accor Moves Blenkharn To Beijing Hotel Post

Neil Blenkharn has been appointed by Accor as general manager of Novotel Beijing West Zhongguancun, which is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2008.
Blenkharn was previously managing the five-star beachfront Garden Cliff Resort & Spa Pattaya by Sofitel in Thailand. During his 11-year tenure with Accor, Blenkharn also managed properties in Bangkok, Narita, Tokyo, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.
Previous international assignments include hotels in Britain, Canada, Hong Kong, Macau and the United States. Blenkharn holds British, Canadian and Australian citizenships and graduated with a degree in hotel management from Oxford Brookes University in England.
