Polish Airlines Names New GM For China

Polish Airlines has appointed Waldemar Machalowski as general manager for China, replacing Jacek Tomaszewski.
Machalowski joined LOT Polish Airlines in 1989 working first at the Far East department, and then he moved to the European department. In 1994, he served in London as sales and marketing director for UK and Eire. After that he became the regional director for the same region. Machalowski also took over as regional director for the Netherlands in Amsterdam in 2001 and was general manager of international sales division after moving back to Poland 2005.
