Plan For New Holiday Hotel In Zhejiang

Construction has commenced of a new holiday hotel invested in by Shanghai Industrial Investment (Holding) Co., Ltd. in Huzhou, Zhejiang.
Officials of Huzhou municipal government, and Ma Chengliang, managing director of SIIC and chairman of SIIC Real Estate attended the opening ceremony.
The new hotel is located at the Eastern New District, Wuxing District. It covers an area of 93,000 square meters and has a planned investment of more than CNY1 billion. The hotel will be built to five-star standards and combine a resort hotel, a courtyard hotel, and a serviced apartment. Completion is scheduled to be by 2010.
Earlier on January 2007, SIIC signed an agreement with the government of Wuxing District for improving infrastructure and expediting its development as a sub center of central downtown Huzhou. The new hotel is expected to be an iconic landmark in the district.
