Peter Lam has been appointed general Manager of Novotel Beijing West Zhongguancun.
A British citizen born in Hong Kong, Lam joined Accor Group in 2000 and has been in various Accor properties in key cities such as Shanghai, Beijing, Suzhou and Harbin. Lam has 28 years of experience in the hotel industry, and within this period he has 14 years in China, having worked in senior operations positions with other hotel groups in Greater China including Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Regal Hotel International, Peninsula Hotel and Hyatt Hotels & Resorts.
Lam is a member of Institute of Hospitality and a recognized CHA issued by American Hotel & Lodging Association.
