GreenTree Inn Plans To Open Five Outlets In Anqing

GreenTree Inn has opened its first outlet in Anqing, Anhui, with a plan of adding more than five new business hotels in the city.
The 120-room GreenTree Inn is located on the Xiaosu Road, Anqing, near to the long-distance bus station. This new outlet is one of major steps as the group expands in the Yangtze River Delta area.
Jin Zhibo, vice president of GreenTree Inn, said that because Anqing as one of famous port cities along the Yangtze River is located at the conjunction of Anhui, Hubei and Jiangxi provinces, and has easy access to Shanghai and Wuhan economic zones, the group plans to add more than five business hotel chains in the city by the end of 2009. And the rates of the outlets in Anqing will be priced below CNY200 per room per night. The group said that total investment for a single outlet in Anqing was generally CNY10 million, while that for five outlets will reach about CNY50 million.
According to the group's plan, GreenTree Inn will expand to at least 20 business hotels around Anhui by the end of 2009.
