Anhui Dingyuan Enhances Star-grade Hotel Facilities

With the development of the Dingcheng New Administrative District, there are two new star-grade standard hotels open or under construction in the area of Dingyuan, Anhui.
The Longxing International Hotel with a total investment of CNY120 million is built to four-star standards. The hotel covers a construction area of 30,800 square meters and is positioned as a comprehensive business hotel combining residence, dining, meeting, entertainment, leisure and fitness facilities. The hotel will offer 177 guestrooms, 23 private dining areas, three meeting rooms of different sizes, and a 8,000-square-meter entertainment center as well as a shopping mall, a business center, a bar, a gym and a park. It is scheduled to be completed by this October.
The Dingyuan Hotel with an investment of CNY50 million has had a soft opening, and it is expected that the whole project will be finished by March 2009. The hotel covers a construction area of 15,000 square meters and is positioned as a business hotel providing residence, dining, meeting, entertainment, leisure, and fitness facilities.
