Shun Cheong Group Acquires Wharton International Hotel In Guangxi

Shun Cheong Holdings Limited has announced that it has acquired all the shares of Guangxi Wharton International Hotel for CNY87.814 million and will take over the hotel's loan commitment of CNY472 million.
Guangxi Wharton International Hotel is located on East Minzu Avenue, Nanning, Guangxi. The hotel has 338 rooms and suites including standard rooms, administrative rooms, presidential suites, lakefront suites, lake view suites, and multiple suites. It also provides several meeting rooms, a lounge, restaurants, an outdoor swimming pool and other entertainment facilities.
The total floor area of the hotel is about 46,000 square meters.
