Sanya Hotel Rates Rise For Increasing Meeting Groups And Leisure Tourists

According to reports from major resorts in Sanya, their quoted rates have recently increased by more than 50% compared to the same period of last year, due to the increasing number of meeting groups and leisure tourists visiting Sanya.
Fang Xinhai, director of Haikou Association of Travel Services, told local media that a variety of meeting groups and leisure tour groups came to Hainan, which drove some of the popular tour cities to rise their hotel rates– especially over the last few days.
With the fast growth of Hainan tourism market in recent years, in addition to the traditional sightseeing tour products, various vacation tour and specific tour products also became more and more popular
