Traders Fudu Hotel, Changzhou recently launched its first cooking class for expatriate members of the city's "Ladies Circle". The hotel's chef, Zhang Fu Jiin, taught the participants how to prepare two Huaiyang dishes. The purpose of the cooking class was to share Chinese cuisine cooking skills with ladies from all over the world.
