Hainan Encourages Travel Agencies To Diversify

News from the recent annual renewal meeting of travel agencies in Hainan is that Hainan province is to promote its travel agencies' network operation and to encourage them to diversify for further development.
To adapt to the needs of building Hainan into an international tourism island, Hainan will collaborate with major domestic and overseas travel agencies, and is to set up joint-venture travel agencies abroad, organizing inbound tours jointly with overseas Chinese travel agencies. Second, Hainan will develop the travel agencies focusing on wholesale businesses, encouraging them to progress in the development of multiple modes, such as dining outlets, hotels, attractions, and golf.
Meanwhile, Hainan will focus on the development of inbound tours, high-end tourism, business travel, and special itineraries.
