Hainan Airlines Cooperates With Taobao To Launch Online Store

Hainan Airlines has launched a flagship online store on Taobao.com.
The online store was jointly launched by hnair.com and Taobao.com. Hainan Airlines is reported to have become the first airline in China to open an online store on Taobao.com.
Hainan Airlines has launched exclusive products for some of its tour routes on its online store. Passengers can access information and advice on HNA's special offerings and online check-in services through the website. HNA aims to build the online store into a brand combining a professional customer service center, an after-sales service center, and a VIP service center.
