The National Tourism Administration and Hainan Provincial Government recently held a grand launch for "2009 China Eco-tourism Year" in the Lotus Garden at Sheraton Sanya Resort. Chris Tsoi, task force general manager of Sheraton Sanya Resort, welcomed Cai Zhenhua the vice director of the State Physical Cultural Administration and Liu Guoliang, the head coach of the Chinese men’s table tennis team, to the launch ceremony.
