Conifer Hotels & Resorts Signs Agreement In Sanya Bay

Conifer Hotels & Resorts and Sanya Ocean Sonic Industry Development have signed a management agreement to jointly develop the five-star Haiyun Conifer Resort Sanya.
The hotel with a gross floor area of 130,000 square meters is made up of two ship-shaped buildings with 17 levels and 825 suites of rooms. As well as its beach side location on Yalong Bay the hotel boasts a golf court, spa, and other entertainment facilities.
Conifer Group is a Hong Kong company which engages in hotel management; and it operates and manages dozens of high level hotels in China. This hotel is Conifer’s third contract in Sanya: its portfolio also includes the five-star Aegean Conifer Suites Resort Sanya, which became the first domestic resort hotel member of the Chicago-based Preferred Hotel Group.
