Fraser Suites Enters Suzhou's Highest Building

Frasers Hospitality Pte Ltd. has signed an agreement with SPG Land, the developer of Global 188 Tower in Suzhou Industrial Park, for the management of Frasers Suites Suzhou Serviced Apartment, making it Frasers' thirteenth property in China.
The 282-meter-high Suzhou Global 188 Tower is a mixed-use property with a construction area of 180,000 square meters, including 49 stories of serviced apartments and 46 stories of composite office.
The complex will be composed of a commercial center, serviced apartments, an office building, and a clubhouse. The apartments are expected to be finished by May 2009, while the whole building will be completed in 2010.
