China Southern: Online Ticket Booking For Outbound Passengers

China Southern Airlines has successfully implemented the Amadeus e-Retail Engine Solution developed by Amadeus, and now domestic passengers can buy tickets for international flights after logging onto China Southern's global site.
China Southern has been cooperating with Amadeus since 2006 for booking domestic air-tickets. According to China Southern the new online booking service is expected to meet the increasing demand for online ticket booking.
Amadeus e-Retail Engine is an Internet booking engine that is compatible with both B2B and B2C sales. Through the e-sales platform, passengers can not only book international air tickets, but can choose codesharing routes provided by the 11 international airlines that are members of the SkyTeam alliance.
