Greenland Expands Hotel Business In Jiangxi

The Greenland Group has announced that it has signed a hotel management contract with the Hengshan Group for the management of Qianhu Guest House in Nanchang, Jiangxi province.

Located in the Honggutan New District of Nanchang, Qianhu Guest House is jointly developed by Greenland Group and Jiangxi province with a total construction area of 150,000 square meters. The hotel is planned to open in time for Expo Central China 2010, and its construction is expected to be completed in March 2010.

Greenland has been developing its hotel sector in recent years, and has already developed 40 hotels all over China, of which six are already in operation.
