PATA's Chinese Website In Operation

The official Chinese website of the Pacific Asia Travel Association, PATAChina.org, has been put into operation.
Based on the content of PATA's English site, the new website gives full descriptions and publicity on industry happenings, trends, conventions and exhibitions, and members.
Currently the website has three major features: offering local information service to its members in China by taking advantage of PATA's 58-year experience; creating more publicity and promotion opportunities to China members by introducing Google Maps' online map annotation capabilities to the PATA member directory; and providing an exclusive information service to PATA China members in the full-function member area.
By 2010, the website will have more interactive content including company blogs and online surveys.
