Shenzhen Airlines To Launch Quanzhou-Hong Kong Route

It is learned from Shenzhen Airlines Ltd that the company is planning to launch an air route from Quanzhou in Fujian province to Hong Kong air route starting on November 9, 2009.
Flight ZH9049/50 will depart each Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday from Quanzhou at 14:45 and get to Hong Kong at 15:55; the return flight will leave at 16:55 and arrive at Quanshou at 18:05.
The Quanzhou-Hong Kong route is the only direct route from an inland city to Hong Kong operated by Shenzhen Airlines. Local government sources say that there are 300,000 people in Hong Kong whose ancestral home is Quanzhou: thus the route is expected to have a promising earnings outlook.
