GreenTree Alliance Hotel Enters Suzhou

The GreenTree Hotel Group has opened its first alliance hotel in Suzhou and this is reported to also be the first alliance hotel in China.
GreenTree Alliance Suzhou Hanshan Temple Hotel, which was formerly Suzhou Huafeng Holiday Hotel and which suffered from poor operation, is hoped to offer better services to guests due to the management philosophy of GreenTree Alliance.
The hotel is located on Mayun Road in the northeast of the Suzhou National New & Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone and close to the Suzhou SND International Exhibition Center. Hanshan Temple, Maple Bridge, Lingering Garden, West Garden, and Suzhou Amusement Land are not far away from the hotel.
GreenTree Alliance Hotel is described as China's first alliance hotel group and was created by GreenTree Inn in 2008, gathering a number of two and three-star hotels and independent express hotels. GreenTree Inn will provide professional management, unified brand identity and mature hotel management and operating systems. It is similar to a franchised model, but with more freedom for partners to operate their hotels.
