CITS Sets Up Convention & Exhibition Company

CITS (Beijing) International Convention & Exhibition Company Limited was officially set up in mid December, 2009.
The company, formerly known as the CITS MICE department, is the first initiative CITS has launched since its A-share IPO at Shanghai Stock Exchange.
The new company aims to be a top-end meetings, incentive travel, conventions, and exhibitions service provider and a professional international convention and exhibition co-organizer for corporate clients offering consultancy, planning, and coordination.
A relatively new travel model for China, MICE is now developing rapidly in China. CITS began to develop MICE as an independent business in 2006, and now MICE is one of CITS's major businesses with annual revenue growth of over 25%.
