Frasers Hospitality Pte's new Modena brand will soft open its first property in downtown Tianjin very soon.
The Modena brand is targeted at the 'road warrior' — business travelers who spend much of their time on the road — and is designed to provide a 'boutique hotel' experience, with a services approach geared towards short to mid-term guests.
Located in the heart of Tianjin, within walking distance of the city's dining, shopping and entertainment areas, the 104-apartment property is the first Modena Boutique Hotel Residence in China.
Facilities for guests include a 24/7 gym, Nintendo Wii facilities, a laundromat, a cafe, and a deli. Each apartment comes with a state of the art home entertainment system, a clear working space, and a high-tech wired living environment.
