A signing and groundbreaking ceremony has been held for the Jingzhu Garden Hotel project, which is said to be the first hotel designed to five-star standards in Dongsheng town, Zhongshan city, Guangdong province.

The developer, Zhongshan Jingzhu Real Estate Development Company says that this project will include a 26-floor hotel and a commercial building. The company hopes to build a "new center and new landmark" of Dongsheng in five to eight years with a total investment of CNY1 billion.

The Jingzhu Garden Hotel project is intended to provide a "five-minute economic" circle for business, leisure, and shopping, while the hotel will be a place for dining, entertainment, shopping, leisure and business. This project is expected to bring more business and tourists to Dongsheng.
