Alan Yong has been appointed as Executive Chef of Howard Johnson Ginwa Plaza Hotel Xian.

With over 18 years of professional hotel kitchen management experiences, Alan, a Shanghai native, previously worked in Hilton, Shangri-la, Starwood properties and InterContinential hotels.
