China has decided to reform the collection of airport management and construction fees in order to improve work efficiency and passenger convenience.

Starting September 1, the construction fee will be integrated into the plane ticket instead of being sold separately. Ticket agencies are busy adjusting their computer programs and training their sales staff.

The civil aviation department is still discussing whether the construction fee for travelers transferring to different airports should be cancelled.
