On the morning of August 23, the largest charter flight ever from Southeast Asia arrived in Guilin.

This year, tourism in Guilin has been especially popular amongst the Southeast Asian nationalities. By the end of July, the number of travelers increased to more that 10,000 — in the same period last year, there were just 6000 tourists.
