On August 24, the first Travel Service Stop for people who often travel by themselves was opened at the entrance to the Guangzhao highway in Jindu Town of Gaoyao, Guangdong province.

The stop is 15km away from Zhaoqing and consists of a petrol station, an air-conditioned sitting room with free-use VCDs, TV sets, water machines, maps and handbooks, rest rooms, and a convenience store that sells local specialities.

Services offered includes travel consultation, a free car cleaning, and a 24-hour car repair service.
