Centro, the signature bar and lounge of Shangri-La's Kerry Centre Hotel Beijing celebrated its first  anniversary on Thursday, October 21st 2004.

In celebration of it's first year of outstanding success, Centro in collaboration with Champagne Moet et Chandon Rosé and Mango Fashion House presented a party which was considered by some to be one of THE events of the year.

The party was afloat with Moet et Chandon Champagnes as all guests received a mini bottle of Rosé upon entry. Mango Fashion House displayed it's latest fashions for autumn and winter in a show featuring fifteen of China's best young models.  Centro's new American Jazz vocalist and trumpeter Idrees Daahoud and a guest live DJ created the mood for a fantastic night of fun and party music into the early morning.
