Last Friday, November 5, the JW Marriott Hotel Shanghai celebrated its first anniversary in the JW's Ballroom of the hotel with more than 400 guests in attendance. The night's celebration highlighted this past year in a creative labyrinth that wove its way through the grand ballroom and onto the terrace.

The theme of the anniversary party, “Discover JW”, allowed all to explore the offerings at JW Marriott Hotel Shanghai within the past year. Larger than life posters and interactive displays were set up as backdrops. The JW's Ballroom's labyrinth created by sheer gold drapes and photo galleries showcased the memorable events, promotions and parties held since the opening of JW Marriott Hotel Shanghai.  Guests wound their way through the ballroom and gathered on the open air terrace as appetisers, Champagne and cocktails were served in abundance. A creative tie to the theme was the “Discover JW Quiz', a short questionnaire related to some of the achievements highlighted throughout the ballroom. Everyone left the party with a first year ‘JW' blue-crystal anniversary gift commemorating the evening's event.
