Gathered at the Four Points by Sheraton Shenzhen, wine lovers recently enjoyed an intimate wine-tasting evening with a gastronomy of PanAsian and Western cuisine prepared by Executive Chef, Mr. Bryan Cheong. Co-organized by ASC Fine Wines, five brand labels were tasted during the dinner and Mr. Nicolas Dewe, Louis Jadot Export Manager specially flown in from France, enlightened the enthusiasts with an overview of the grapes variety, winemaking styles and the mystery behind wine and food complement.

Each course was brilliantly complemented with superior French wines produced by Louis Jadot, one of the great names of Burgundy gaining international reputation for its superb red and white wines.

The evening ended pleasantly with a after-dinner cocktail accompanied with fine chocolates and cheese platters, fondly adored by many guests.
