Earlier this week, a Hand-In-Hand Mary Kay Charity Night was held at the Grand Ballroom of Shangri-La's Kerry Centre Hotel in Beijing.

Famous Chinese TV presenters and Beijing notables attended the event to devote their money and time to China's poor women and their children, especially the girls.

The charity auction included a piece of calligraphy from a handicapped girl who lost her arms, a silk scarf with the autographs of famous singers and a basketball donated by China's national basketball team with autographs of the team players.
