Mustapha Larfaoui, President of the International Swimming Association Delegation, was welcomed by Luc Bollen, Director of Operations of Hilton Shanghai, upon Mr. Larfaoui's recent arrival in Shanghai.

Larfaoui was in China to high-level talks with Chinese officials over the future of swimming championships in Shanghai. While in Shanghai Larfaoui held a series of meetings with different groups to dicuss these topics.
