The Holiday Inn Lido Beijing has recently appointed Frank Pollak as the new Executive Chef.

Pollak brings with him many years of professional kitchen management experience. Prior to joining Holiday Inn Lido, he served as Executive Chef for several hotel chains in a variety of countries over the past 17 years.
