Martin Verpoorten has been appointed the new Executive Assistant Manager and Director of Food and Beverage for the Sheraton Ningbo Hotel.

A Briton with a Bachelors Degree from the University of Central Lancashire in the UK, Martin was promoted to his present position from the Sheraton Sanya Resort, where he held the Director of Food and Beverage position in the opening team.

Martin has vast China experience from previous positions at the Westin Taiping Yang in Shanghai and hotels in Shenyang and Beijing. He speaks fluent Mandarin.

With 380 Rooms and Suites and an extensive array of Food and Beverage outlets, the Sheraton Ningbo Hotel is the first Internationally managed 5-star hotel in Ningbo.
