Andrew den Oudsten has been appointed as Executive Assistant Manager in charge of Rooms at the InterContinental Pudong Shanghai.

A native of Australia, Mr. den Oudsten began his career as a hotelier in 1996 and has worked in various hotels throughout Australia and Asia. Prior to joining the InterContinental Pudong Shanghai, Mr. den Oudsten worked at the InterContinental Singapore as Director of Rooms and also the Prince Hotel and Residence, Kuala Lumpur as Resident Manager.

A graduate of the University of Queensland, Mr. den Oudsten holds bachelor degrees in the fields of both Applied Science and Education.

With his years of international experience and a thorough understanding of Rooms Division operations, Mr. den Oudsten will surely bring a new perspective to his role at the InterContinental Pudong Shanghai.
