Charles Kneipp has been appointed Executive Chef at St. Regis Hotel, Shanghai. Prior to this position, he was the Executive Chef of St. Regis Hotel, Beijing for two years.

Chef Charles has more than 20 years of experience in kitchen and Food and Beverage operations. He joined Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide in 1992 and worked in different properties including Sheraton Mirage Port Douglas, Sheraton Nevsky Palace Hotel and St. Regis Hotel, Beijing.

Chef Charles will lead the hotel's culinary team, and oversee all aspects of kitchen and menu development for restaurants, banquets and conferences at St. Regis Hotel, Shanghai.
