The Radisson Hotel Shanghai New World, owned by Shanghai New World Co. Ltd and managed by Carlson Hotels Asia Pacific, opened last Friday.
The Radisson Hotel Shanghai New World, which is the largest Radisson-branded hotel in China and managed by Carlson Hotels Asia Pacific, is located on the commercial Nanjing Road, adjacent to People's Square. A 15 minute walk from the famous Bund, the hotel adjoins a 10-storey shopping centre that houses a SEGA World Entertainment venue, Warner Bros IMAX movie cinema complex, ice skating rink and international food court.
The five star, 47-storey hotel has 520 rooms and offers guests a host of on-site conveniences, including five restaurants and bars, ten meeting rooms, a multi-function ballroom, fitness centre, indoor swimming pool and spa. The hotel is topped with a revolving restaurant and sky bar, offering guests one of Shanghai's finest a la carte menus and magnificent panoramic views of the city.
Additional meeting facilities in the City Tower include ten meeting rooms for 10-40 people.
