China's first private airline, Okay Airways, is rumored to be in talks with Korean Air on a possible joint venture.

The Korea Economic Daily reported that Korean Air is in the final stage of negotiation with Okay Airways to launch a cargo carrier joint venture.

Okay Airways is based in Tianjin and had subleased its first two Boeing 737-900s from Korean Air.
