Following a 100-day renovation, Building B at Shanghai Hongqiao Airport has been reopened to travelers.

The airport says that the renovation in the new hall is as good as those at Pudong International Airport, Shanghai's other major airport.

The original eight security check channels have been increased to 12, and there are 12 new No Baggage Counters for business passengers.

The flight Building B will mainly serve China Eastern Airlines. The airline will move in all its duty counters to this new building over the next few weeks.
