China Travel Service Guangzhou (CTSGZ) is preparing for a private airline company of its own. CTSGZ will unite with the aviation sector and equipment suppliers from Singapore A-Sonic and ChinaXpress of China Credit Holdings Ltd for the new company.

CTSGZ said it will refer to the experience of Spring Airlines, a new low-fare airline opened this year, and base the company in Guangzhou while opening lines to surrounding cities and Southeast Asia.

ChinaXpress will be responsible for the travel services, credit card and financial loans.

The registered capital of the airline company will be about US$1.28 million.
