Novotel Xinqiao Beijing has appointed Christophe Riou as its Executive Chef. Riou will be responsible for keeping the hotel's fine dining establishments on their toes and increasing the culnary offerings.

Riou was previously the chef of the Taj Mahal Hotel in New Delhi and brings along 20 years of experience in fine dining.
