Hilton Shanghai has announced the appointment of Ivan Luigi Fargnoli as Italian Chef de Partie of the hotel's signature restaurant, Leonardo's.

Ivan Luigi's last assignment was at Grand Hyatt Dubai's Andiamo Italian Restaurant for 2 years and prior to that, he worked in several restaurants mostly in Italy and in UK from 2001 – 2003.

Named after the famed artist Leonardo Da Vinci, Leonardo's restaurant sets the standard for classic Mediterranean cuisine in Shanghai.  Surrounded by Da Vinci sketches in the warm gold and russet toned dining room, one can fully appreciate the flavours and textures of true Mediterranean cuisine. 

Leonardo's menu caters to sophisticated palates as well as those new to the experience of fine Mediterranean cooking, and a selection from the vintage wine collection serves as a perfect complement to your meal.
