Hilton Shanghai has appointed Frank Mueller as the hotel's new Executive Sous Chef.

Prior to joining Hilton, Mueller worked in the same capacity at Nexus Resort Karambunai in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia, the Sheraton Hotel and Towers Kuwait and several hotels in Switzerland and Germany.

Mueller is replacing Christian Bruhns, who is transferring to Hilton Sanya Resort and Spa as Executive Chef beginning October.
