Duncan Chu, General Manager of Gloria Plaza Hotel Beijing and Patrick Lau, Director of Food and Beverage of the hotel have extended their warmest congratulations to two recently-awarded hotel chefs.

He Shuqiang, Chef from Gloria Plaza Hotel Beijing's Sampan Restaurant, was recently named a National Senior Nutritionist and Famed Chinese Cooking Chef.

Liu jiaxiong, Executive Chef from Gloria International Hotels, also earned an award by participating in the 2005 Ten National Golden Spoons Competition.
