Wellington Kwok Pan Lee will be the new Deputy General Manager for the Crosswaters Ecolodge and Spa in Guangdong.

Lee comes from Hong Kong where he has extensive experience in the SAR as well as Mainland China.

Lee was with the Holiday Inn City Center in Guangzhou for a number of years as head of housekeeping. He was then moved to Shangri-La Hotels in Shanghai and Shenzhen for more than eight years as Director of Housekeeping and later moved to front office and became a DGM for the company.

Lee completed his hotel management course at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
