Boeing has signed a deal to sell China 70 737-family planes in a deal worth US$4 billion.

The deal would include 737-700 and 737-800 planes and is part of a bigger plan to sell 150 planes to China, all 737s. The deal was announced as U.S. President George W. Bush visited China.

The 70 would be delivered between 2006 and 2008 and included some deals already announced by Chinese companies.
