Miami-based SiteWorks has announced the company has secured a design build contract for a 350 room hotel in Hainan. The Hainan Hotel, owned by the Park Plaza Co., will be a flagged five star luxury hotel.

Construction will start in early 2006 and completion is currently scheduled for late 2007. The guaranteed maximum price for the contract is US$39,600,000.00.

SiteWorks is a Florida company engaged in the business of total site and built environment solutions. The company's core business is the construction of semi custom housing developments and middle-income multifamily buildings.

SiteWorks also performs construction management and general construction services. Other services provided include the marketing and distribution of innovative construction related and other technology products.
