The American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute (EI-AH and LA) has recently certified Helen Chen as a Certified Hospitality Trainer (CHT) with an outstanding 88% score on her exam.

Helen Chen is a Training Manager at Holiday Inn Central Plaza Beijing.

Tyrone Tang, the Executive Assistant Manager of Holiday Inn Central Plaza Beijing was on hand to award Chen this certification this week.

Tang also received his certification from EI-AH and LA as a CRDE (Certified Room Division Executive) last year.
