Hainan Airlines plans to acquire 60% state-owned equity in the Jilin Provincial Travel Group with RMB206 million of direct investment.

Hainan will allocate RMB154 million to the state-owned enterprise of northeastern China's Jilin Province as project investment.

The Hainan Airlines business mainly covers air transportation, hotel and tourism, and that of Jilin Travel includes hotel, travel agency and travel buses.

They are expected to be mutually complementary in advantages and cooperate entirely to promote the development of tourism industry in Jilin Province.
